The Photo exhibition with the theme "July 15" by the Vocational School of Technical Sciences as part of the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day Commemoration Activities by Konya Technical University was opened with the participation of our Rector Prof. Dr. Babür Özçelik.

 

The exhibition opened in the foyer area of Technical Sciences Vocational School, Rector Prof. Dr. Babur Ozcelik, Advisor to the Rector, Dean of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies Prof. Dr. Mahmut Kuş, Technical Sciences Vocational School Director Prof. Dr. Cemil Sungur and lecturers attended. Rector Prof. Dr. Babür Özçelik, said in his speech, “We must keep the spirit of July 15th, which is a symbol for keeping our collective memory alive, strengthening our democracy, and remembering our martyrs and veterans against the treacherous coup attempt against the will of the people, we must always keep alive, not forgetting, and not to let them be forgotten. As Konya Technical University, we are trying to fulfill our responsibility to our country and nation in the best way possible, with the understanding of a university where reason and ethics are carried out together with the same spirit and belief, a democratic university that takes care of its homeland, nation and flag, and focuses on producing world-class technology. We believe that no one will be able to break the unity and solidarity of this nation, which regards the love of the homeland, nation and flag as sacred, as it was yesterday.”

 

The exhibition can be visited at the Technical Sciences Vocational School exhibition hall until July 26, 2021, within the framework of social distance rules due to the Pandemic.
