Student Workshops and Exhibition organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Design of our University was held on 11 January 2024 at the Art Gallery of KTÜN Gelisim Campus.

 

Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Çelik, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Deveci, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Prof. Dr. Ali Köken, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design Prof. Dr. Mine Ulusoy, Director of the Institute of Graduate Studies Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Uyan, Director of the Vocational School of Technical Sciences Prof. Dr. Mustafa Altın, Secretary General Kamil Gök and many academicians and students attended the exhibition opening.

 

"LOAD-BEARING SYSTEM EXHIBITION"

 

 The "Structural System Exhibition", prepared by the students of the Faculty of Architecture and Design and our Civil Engineering Department Faculty Member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ceyhun Aksoylu within the scope of the "Static-Strength and Reinforced Concrete-Steel Structures" course, consisted of the designs prepared by the students on what the errors of the structures were in the February 6 Kahramanmaraş Earthquake and what the correct structure should be.

 

"WORKSHOP & EXHIBITION"

 

The "Workshop & Exhibition" organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Design within the scope of the "Basic Design Course" at the end of the fall semester every year continued with the participation of students and academic staff. In the exhibition prepared under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Oral, Lecturer of the Department of Interior Architecture, students' designs and paintings met with the guests. Prof. Dr. Orhan Cebrailoğlu, a faculty member from Selçuk University Faculty of Fine Arts, also gave an art performance at the event.
