Konya Technical University (KTÜN) was ranked in the 601–800 band in the Asia University Rankings 2026 announced by Times Higher Education.
In the list published by Times Higher Education, one of the most prestigious ranking organizations in international higher education, KTÜN maintained its position among Asian universities and sustained its international visibility. In the 2026 evaluation, 137 universities from Türkiye and a total of 1,405 universities worldwide were included in the ranking.
The Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings evaluate universities under five main categories: Teaching, Research Environment, Research Quality, International Outlook, and Industry Income.
According to the announced results, KTÜN was placed in the 39+ band in the overall ranking within Türkiye. When the sub-indicators are examined, KTÜN ranked 43rd among 137 universities in the Research Quality category, demonstrating a strong position not only in terms of the number of publications but also in their academic impact, visibility, and citation performance.
In other indicators, KTÜN ranked 53rd in Teaching, 88th in International Outlook, 96th in Industry Income, and 101st in Research Environment.
