Konya Technical University (KTÜN) has made a total of 161 assignments with 58 academicians in 2024 within the scope of Public-University-Industry collaboration.
KTÜN continues its research and support as the only technical university in the region with the aim of being the “Pioneer of Development”. With these goals and objectives, it has achieved great success with 161 assignments in 2024. 29 of the assignments were made by KTÜN TTO, 73 by Innopark, 47 by Konya Teknokent, 3 by other Technology Development Zones and 9 by Law No. 5746. Among these assignments, there are 36 academicians who were assigned within the scope of state-supported projects. 16 of these projects were made as KOSGEB and 16 as TÜBİTAK projects and are ongoing.
Making evaluations about the assignments and researches, KTÜN Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Çelik said, “Since we took office, we continue to support our academicians to develop and increase the studies carried out at our University. I believe that these assignments, which I think will increase day by day, will contribute to the development of our region, Konya and our country by increasing the Public-University-Industry cooperation. I congratulate our academicians and researchers for their work and the successes they have achieved.”
