HISTORY
Konya Technical University (KTUN) was established as a new university under the Additional Article 179, which was added to Law No. 2809 by Article 7 of Law No. 7141, published in the Official Gazette dated May 8, 2018, and numbered 30425. The Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Architecture (renamed as the Faculty of Architecture and Design), and the Vocational School of Technical Sciences, which were previously part of Selçuk University, were transferred to the newly established university. In addition, under the same Law, the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, and the Graduate Education Institute were established. Following the university's establishment, the International Relations Coordination Office of Konya Technical University began its organizational structuring process.

The sub-units operating under the International Relations Coordination Office of Konya Technical University are as follows:
MISSION
To increase and improve the international relations of our University in scientific and cultural issues, to promote and increase its recognition on international platforms, to help academic and administrative staff and students to develop and enrich their national and international scientific and cultural experiences.
VISION
To ensure that our university students and staff take place in the world rankings in terms of benefiting from the best opportunities in the world by making maximum cooperation with national and international universities, institutions and organizations.
