About Us 

The Konya Technical University Distance Education Application and Research Center, established in 2020, opens the doors to a world of educational opportunities. Guided by the principle of “Pioneer of Development,” the Center embraces a student-centered educational philosophy, keeps pace with emerging global technologies, conducts scientific and technological research, provides support to relevant academic and administrative units, and aims to achieve its goals at the international level.

KTUN-UZEM aims to offer e-learning-based courses, programs, and activities at the associate, undergraduate, and graduate levels through distance education. It also supports the courses offered at our University through e-learning applications, contributes to the development of professional knowledge and skills through postgraduate education programs, disseminates knowledge to all segments of society by offering diploma, certificate, and similar programs in areas of need, and promotes lifelong learning.

History

The Konya Technical University Distance Education Application and Research Center began its operations in accordance with the Regulation published in Official Gazette No. 31177 on July 6, 2020.

To become a leading center that enhances the effectiveness of education through modern information and communication technologies, promotes lifelong learning, meets the educational needs of individuals, embraces a sustainable approach to education, fosters innovation and participation, maintains a strong competitive position at the national level, and is open to international collaboration.

To follow developments in the field of distance education, ensure the effective implementation of distance education activities at our University, develop approaches and solution proposals to support equality of opportunity in education, produce projects, and be an innovative center that is open to research.
