The “Paths to Success” event, organized by the Career Center at Konya Technical University, brought students together with inspiring life stories. At the event, two prominent figures in the field of personal development, Fırat Çakır and Özlem Çakır, provided participants with an unforgettable experience.
Held in the Conference Hall of the Konya Technical University Development Campus, the program began with an opening speech by Prof. Dr. Murat Oral, a faculty member of the Faculty of Architecture and Design and Advisor to the Rector, and was attended by our students as well as academic and administrative staff.
Noting that the path one follows in shaping one’s career is just as important as getting into college and choosing a major, Prof. Dr. Oral said, “Dear young people, define your career goals clearly and always stay hopeful.”
“Inspiring Talks at the “Paths to Success” Event
In his talk titled “The Art of Living,” Fırat Çakır emphasized the importance of motivation and self-awareness on the journey of personal development; while Özlem Çakır, under the theme “My Inner Journey,” shed light on the process of self-discovery and transformation.
Throughout the talks, topics such as motivation, awareness, career planning, and personal development were explored in depth. Participants gained valuable insights into discovering their own potential.
At the event, where Konya Technical University Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Nuri Çelik hosted the guests in his office, Fırat Çakır and Özlem Çakır presented signed copies of their books to the participating students.
At the end of the program, Secretary General Kamil Gök presented commemorative plaques to the speakers. The event concluded with a group photo taken to commemorate the day.
Fırat Çakır is an NLP Master Trainer and Life Coach who has authored more than 10 books on sports, energy work, and personal development, and has led numerous personal development programs.
Özlem Çakır, with her expertise in NLP and change coaching, supports individuals through their transformation processes. She is also the author of two personal development books.
