Dr. Resul Çelik, Lecturer and Director of the Career Center at Konya Technical University, attended the 12th Organizational Behavior Congress on behalf of our university.
Held from October 30 to November 1, 2025, and hosted by Necmettin Erbakan University, the conference aims to increase scientific productivity in the field of organizational behavior and to bring together academics, business representatives, managers, and employees.
During the sessions held as part of the conference, current research on organizational behavior was shared, and discussions took place aimed at strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.
The participation of our Career Center Director, Lecturer Dr. Resul Çelik, contributed to enhancing Konya Technical University’s engagement with the business world and evaluating new collaboration opportunities for our students’ career development.
